B&P Medical Case Study (North Carolina, USA)

B&P Medical had an existing process where invoices were created by field staff in Microsoft Excel, then emailed to clients and head office. Head office then had to manually enter the invoice details into Xero. AhoyAhoy helped B&P by creating an automated process to take the completed Excel documents and automatically create a matching invoice record in Xero.

Smartcorp Case Study (Syndey, Australia)

Smartcorp (later acquired by Class) had a requirement to create invoices in real-time in Xero as a result of orders placed on their e-commerce site, then have those invoices updated and dispatched when orders were completed. AhoyAhoy worked with Smartcorp to create a strategy that allows them to have near real-time transactions available in Xero in order to account for work in progress and smooth the delivery of their products.

  • Update of invoice based on completion date of order & final total
